Position: Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (Trainee) – Nashville, Tennessee, On-site.
We are growing and seeking qualified candidates for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. What You Will Do: - Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. - Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales production goals. - Expand business by building relationships with clients to meet production targets. - Accurately account for currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system. - Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
The Perfect Match: - Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required) - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred - Sales or customer service experience - High School Diploma or GED - Ability to build relationships with sales customers - Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills - Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
