Royal Apparel is seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Town of Smithtown, New York. This on-site role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, responding to inbound inquiries by phone and email, and making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. You will learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services, participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects, and work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM, meeting individual and team sales goals, and representing Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possible.
