You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, counsel customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. From day one, you will participate in paid training in a remote work environment, with licensing included if you do not already hold a Property & Casualty license. Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
