The role is based in Los Angeles, California, United States and is on-site. Our headquarters are in Philadelphia, PA, with a second warehouse in Chicago, IL, and we are expanding in California to grow our presence in Los Angeles. This full-time position focuses on engaging warm leads and inbound inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term customer relationships. Travel is approximately 10% for industry trade shows and occasional customer visits. Responsibilities include contacting warm leads, responding to inquiries, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing applications to recommend equipment, preparing accurate quotations, maintaining CRM records, gaining product knowledge, following up on quotes, maintaining an organized sales pipeline, and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and 2 years in capital equipment or machine tool sales, plus experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial equipment; strong account management and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software; and the ability to travel about 10%.
