The CSR/Inside Sales professional will support prospective and existing customers by identifying needs, answering questions, and guiding the sales process across face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, while ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries. The role requires knowledge of the company’s policies, products, and services and collaboration with the Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships.
