BB&E, an employee-owned civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm headquartered in Northville, Michigan, is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to support AFCEC/CFDI Special Programs Division (SPD) at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The successful candidate will lead large, complex disaster recovery projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies to improve disaster resilience and advance the Air Force's Installation of the Future concept. Responsibilities include providing project management support for each innovative capability from initiation to deployment and sustainment, supporting AFWERX challenges and related events, analyzing experimental designs, and conducting life cycle cost analyses. Qualifications include U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF), a Bachelor's degree, and 5–10 years of directly applicable experience, including direct experience with AFCEC/CFSD.
