This role will partner closely with Engineering leaders, from the CTO through to managers across the organisation, to understand priorities, strengthen leadership capability and help build high-performing teams that can deliver in a dynamic and evolving business environment. As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will shape people strategy, influence organisational decisions and drive initiatives such as performance management, workforce planning and organisational development, while also supporting leaders with day-to-day people challenges that come with a growing international business.
