Langdock is a Berlin-based company building a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps teams adopt and automate AI-powered workflows. We are assembling a dedicated growth team to turn early traction into a deliberate growth engine. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will decide where to invest acquisition time and budget—website, comparison pages, organic search, paid channels, partnerships, and new experiments—and you will own the results. This is a builder role: you and our growth engineer will decide what to build, run the experiments, analyze the data, and determine what to scale or kill. You will join a small growth team that reports directly to the co-CEO, Lennard: a growth engineer who builds the product side of experiments and a growth activation lead who turns signups into active users. What you will do: own the self-serve funnel from first visit to paying team, including website, signup, pricing, and conversion of free users to paying customers; run experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, and new markets; set budgets and kill criteria and evaluate results; write copy for landing pages, comparison pages, ad variants, and in-product messages; translate drafts for production by the growth engineer. What we are looking for: you are a heavy user of AI and have opinions on what works; you have owned acquisition across channels and can discuss numbers; you are hands-on with depth and breadth, expert in at least one channel, comfortable in others, and willing to do the work yourself; you are close to the product and can explain its value to small teams, collabo
