Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining the company brand aesthetics across print, digital, and video communications for Little Creek Casino Resort and the Squaxin Island Tribe. The role involves designing and producing artwork for advertising materials across print, outdoor, web, social media, video, and in-house collateral; resizing and repurposing content for multiple platforms; ensuring brand consistency; and collaborating with the Marketing team and on photo/video shoots. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and multimedia design across digital and print is required, with experience in typography, layout, and basic photography. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with at least 3 years of experience in marketing/communications, including graphic design; hospitality or gaming industry experience is a plus. The role may involve supporting events on- and off-site and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, and motion graphics/3D experience is preferred. It is important to maintain sensitivity to Native American culture and uphold the values and policies of the Squaxin Island Tribe.
