Gate Controller position based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, on-site. Enforce company health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) policies and provide assistance to people at the gates. Support management in achieving a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% compliance with NAPCO HSSE procedures. Safeguard company assets from theft, misuse, and damage; immediately report any safety or security concerns to the supervisor. Ensure full compliance with security guidelines and complete all required security forms. Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment to ensure proper operation and premises are secure. Follow and implement all security directions from HSSE department management. Remain vigilant on duty and maintain presence at the assigned security post. Respond promptly to emergencies and perform necessary roles. Inform and coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues to ensure measures are applied and non-compliance is reported. Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating as needed. Coordinate with plant management to address security-related exceptions and maintain secure premises. Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.
