Affonso is a fast-growing, bootstrapped SaaS platform for affiliate marketing. Since its launch in November 2024, Affonso helps SaaS companies build, manage, and scale their affiliate and partner programs. The product is live with paying customers, and growth shows there is real demand for a modern affiliate platform. Affonso is bootstrapped by design, enabling fast decision-making, a strong focus on product quality, and direct customer contact. Work is remote-friendly (Remote OK) with flexible hours.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work directly on the product, taking ownership of features, improvements, and integrations. You will work on a modern SaaS product with a clear roadmap, short feedback cycles, and direct influence on user experience. Your responsibilities include: developing new product features; bug fixes and technical improvements; UI/UX implementation in the dashboard and affiliate portal; integrations with payment providers, APIs, and third-party tools; developing and expanding our public customer API; further developing existing workflows; building internal tools and automations; analyzing and solving technical customer issues. The role suits a strong junior or mid-level developer who has already delivered real product features and wants to grow in a growing SaaS environment. A pragmatic, clean codebase is valued: stable enough to be reliable, fast enough to ship regularly. What you'll do:
