Trenches is seeking a Frontend Developer (Web3) based in Italy for a remote-first role to build the Trenches trading terminal across Solana and EVM. You will own end-to-end frontend experiences for Trenches' trading surfaces, enabling real-time data, execution, and user interactions; unify wallet, signing, and transaction flows across Solana and EVM; and ship features from ideation through production, measurement, and iteration. You will optimize latency-sensitive interfaces, including live data streams, order flow, fills, and on-chain state handling, and you will design trading interfaces with charting, PnL, and failure handling. You will collaborate with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact team, applying AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining production quality.

Requirements include 3+ years of frontend engineering experience, production Web3/on-chain product ownership, experience with Solana and EVM ecosystems, deep knowledge of trading mechanics (fills, slippage, priority fees), proficiency with WebSockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, and performance profiling; familiarity with Solana wallet adapters and embedded wallets; ability to work remotely with overlapping global time zones; passion for crypto and trading products.
