Archer Meat Snacks is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance across the growing organization. This role reports to the FP&A Manager and collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver meaningful insights and influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities include Financial Planning & Analysis (supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; preparing monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses; analyzing performance against budget, forecast, and prior year; assisting in developing financial models and ad hoc analyses; monitoring key performance indicators and communicating trends to business partners), Financial Reporting (preparing management reporting packages for executive leadership; supporting development of presentations for Executive Leadership Team meetings and Board reporting; ensuring reporting accuracy with Accounting; assisting with month-end and quarter-end close; developing recurring reports to improve visibility into performance), Business Partnership (partnering with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to support initiatives; providing financial analysis for new product launches, promotions, pricing decisions, and cost-saving opportunities; tracking performance against approved business cases; handling ad hoc reporting requests), and Analytics & Continuous Improvement (analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; supporting automation and process impro
