Finance Manager at Uproot Clean (fully remote, United States). Uproot Clean is a fast-growing, performance-driven consumer brand in ecommerce and retail. The Finance Manager will own the full accounting cycle, oversee financial reporting, and ensure accuracy across all financial operations. You will work closely with the VP of Operations to streamline processes, shorten close cycles, and build a scalable finance function. This is not purely back-office work; you will think analytically, identify inefficiencies, and actively improve how we operate.

Responsibilities

Own the full accounting cycle, including month-end close
Prepare financial statements and reports; ensure accuracy and compliance
Reduce month-end close from five days to three
Oversee bookkeeping team and AP clerk
Manage landed costs, cost tracking, margin visibility
Provide financial insights to support decision-making; collaborate with VP of Operations on performance tracking
