The Finance Manager (f/m/d) will play a central role in shaping the financial foundation of our fast-growing scale-up. Based in Bremen, this position will report to the Managing Director in Bremen and the CFO at our Headquarters and will grow into broader responsibility as the company expands. This role emphasizes building systems, improving processes, and taking ownership in an international setting, with close collaboration to our Swiss headquarters.

What you’ll do: - Lead day-to-day Finance and Controlling operations and ensure fully HGB-compliant bookkeeping, reporting, and documentation. - Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in coordination with the Swiss headquarters. - Build and continuously improve controlling structures (KPIs, cost tracking, variance analysis) for transparency. - Manage liquidity and cash flow in an operational manner, including banking coordination and short-term financial planning. - Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements with external partners and advisors. - Support implementation and execution of the group’s transfer pricing framework and coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting with
