In this role, you will manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle buyers, structure deals to satisfy customer needs and dealership profitability goals, and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources. Responsibilities include presenting financing and insurance options to customers after the sale, including extended warranties and other F&I products; structuring deals and submitting applications to lenders to secure financing approval and favorable rates; ensuring all F&I paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations; maintaining relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions; working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to finance; meeting or exceeding monthly F&I product penetration and profit goals; staying current on lending guidelines and compliance requirements; and maintaining accurate records and reporting for all finance transactions.
