Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a member of Genesis Global Group, is a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory specializing in automated DNA-based molecular testing across infectious diseases and related fields. We are expanding our sales team and seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to maintain a large client base in Texas and serve as the liaison between management and customers to resolve issues. This on-site role covers San Antonio, Austin, McAllen, and Brownsville, Texas. Responsibilities include growing client revenues by presenting new test information, upselling, and developing new sources of revenue within existing accounts; establishing positive, long-term client relationships; educating and training clients; coordinating solutions between the laboratory and clients; working with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to address client concerns and support retention strategies; monitoring client satisfaction and recommending corrective actions; staying informed about competitors in the territory. Qualifications include 1–3 years of customer service experience; English fluency with Spanish preferred; strong multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; energy, motivation, integrity, and excellent written and verbal communication; sound judgment and decision-making; computer proficiency with MS Office, Excel, email, and internet; knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products; ability to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide, including overnight travel.
