MDL performs PCR testing and offers a broad test menu with research focus in Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). We are expanding our sales team and are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join us. This on-site role will cover the Temecula, Murrieta, and Hemet area in California and may require travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide. Responsibilities include growing client base revenues by presenting new test information, upselling, and identifying new revenue sources from existing clients; establishing positive long-term client relationships; educating and training clients and coordinating solutions between the laboratory and client; working with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to address client concerns and develop retention strategies; monitoring client satisfaction and reporting metrics; maintaining knowledge of competitors in the assigned territory.
