Join AECOM in Dublin, Ireland as an Enabling Works Project Manager for Rail projects. The role focuses on strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of early-stage enabling works within major infrastructure programmes, including site preparation, utility diversions, demolition, surveys, and other essential pre-construction activities. You will lead the management and coordination of stakeholders and interface partners across design, planning, procurement, construction, and operations, ensuring safety, environmental protection, and quality. Responsibilities include delivering each enabling works package on time and within budget, liaising with local authorities, heritage and environmental bodies, and utility providers, overseeing integration into the wider programme, monitoring progress and risks, and reporting to stakeholders. You will also manage contracts and oversee project expenditure and performance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in enabling works and construction management, strong commercial awareness, experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams, and familiarity with NEC contracts. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland.
