Overview The Employee Experience Program Manager at Inovalon is responsible for bringing the organization's employee growth strategy to life through program design, execution, onboarding, ERGs, performance processes, and career growth initiatives. Working closely with the Capability & Growth Leader and other People Team partners, you will build and scale experiences that shape how employees join, learn, grow, and connect throughout their careers. The role emphasizes a customer mindset, continuous improvement, and the use of automation and AI-enabled tools to create scalable solutions in a lean, highly collaborative environment.
