SLS is a mission-critical loan, guarantee and collateral management solution used by banks and export credit agencies, built on Microsoft technologies (C#/.NET, SQL Server, IIS) with web/UI and service integration components. The role provides end-to-end ownership of how SLS is built, packaged, released and operated, working with development teams, architects and operations to improve CI/CD pipelines, automate environment provisioning, strengthen release governance, and increase production robustness through monitoring, runbooks and proactive maintenance. Responsibilities include planning and executing deployments to DEV/UAT/PREPROD/PROD, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating environment setup (IIS, Windows services, scheduled tasks, certificates, secrets) and supporting lifecycle management, production AO work (monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis), enhancing observability (alerts, dashboards, log/trace correlation) and documenting procedures to support audits and secure-by-default practices.
