Responsibilities

• Operate and further develop our self-hosted platform (Supabase, Novu, Docker, Nginx, Dokploy).
• Manage networks, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and backups – both in the cloud and on-site.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and alerting so systems run themselves.
• Ensure permissions and security (RBAC, RLS, access control, and logging).
• Lead our migration from cloud hosting to our own data center in three clear steps.
• Provide IT support and act as a go-to resource for colleagues in day-to-day work.

Requirements
