The Detail Team Lead partners with facility leadership to supervise the Detail, Play, and Maintenance teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment that enhances member experience. Responsibilities include ensuring all areas of the club are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, conducting routine walkthroughs, overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks, and maintaining records of cleaning activities and supplies. The role also assists the Operations Manager with the Play Department, coordinates maintenance tasks, performs inspections, and reports significant maintenance needs. You will lead by example to uphold core values, communicate effectively across departments, and participate in mandatory Operations Department meetings. Additional duties include supporting large projects, opening/closing procedures, logging maintenance concerns, and assisting with detailing duties as needed. This position is KPI-driven, with metrics related to cleanliness, safety, club audits, staffing support, and adherence to cleaning schedules. Requirements include prior Defined Fitness experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to delegate and plan, CPR certification, and the physical ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
