Data Scientist to analyze large-scale player data from globally played games and develop machine learning models that inform how players experience our titles and how they perform worldwide. You will work on projects across different game genres, including life simulation and racing, performing feature engineering from our data warehouse and prototyping models to improve performance baselines. You will contribute to the development of internal tracking, prediction pipelines, and monitoring systems, and you will strengthen experimental capabilities through robust experimental design and statistical methods, including causal inference and A/B testing. You will own projects end-to-end, from clearly framing problems and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders to delivering actionable recommendations. You will join the Global Data Science and Analytics team, collaborating with other data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers. Based in Paris, France with a hybrid setup (2 days remote per week). Qualifications include at least one full-time professional experience in tech, gaming, or related industries, proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn), strong SQL skills, experience with Git and ML workflows including experimental design and key statistical methods, and the ability to work with large-scale data. You should be product- and business-oriented, comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences, and able to translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
