Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Validate and maintain information for all alarm systems and buildings
Update building profiles with instructions for emergency and non-emergency events to assist dispatching operations
Validate and maintain information on all alarm accounts, including demographics, local responders, government agency contacts, zones, and panel information
Perform quality assurance for information systems
Maintain tracking and logging tools to provide statistical data
Log operation statistics
Assist in providing training to personnel on system operations
US Citizenship
Ability to undergo a background check
High school diploma or GED
Computer skills: proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and related software
Proficient in Word, Excel, and data entry
Strong command of the English language
Ability to meet MRPT suitability requirements
Sedentary work: ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds; long periods of sitting at a computer
Visual and audio acuity for data analysis and related tasks
Must meet all physical standards as required by the contract
