The role involves applying interactive data visualization tools to internal data, creating ad-hoc analyses and experiments, and developing predictive models.
Responsibilities include: - Translating data and metadata into actionable insights using robust statistical methods and clear visualizations for internal stakeholders - Developing, documenting, and maintaining metrics for operations teams - Surfacing analytic insights through dashboards and data tools - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define experiments and projects that support internal processes or prioritize software feature requests - Proposing analyses to shape future projects and build a pipeline of opportunities
You will work with a broad range of stakeholders including Clinical Quality Managers, Clinical Data Analysts, Abstraction Operations, Data Scientists, and other members of Flatiron's Evidence Organization.
Qualifications: - 1-3+ years of experience analyzing data and creating visualizations in BI software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Apache Superset) - BS or MS in a technical field (data science, engineering, computer science, mathematics, applied statistics, health economics, etc.) or equivalent programming/scripting experience - Experience coding in SQL and Python (pandas) - Experience automating spreadsheets (Excel with
