About the role We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to make a meaningful impact on healthcare accessibility and innovation through our HIPAA-compliant platform. You will: - Build strategic relationships with healthcare executives, practice managers, and clinical champions transforming patient care - Master customer workflows, align goals with Healthie's offerings, and maximize impact - Create and execute success plans and quarterly business reviews, tracking clinical KPIs and operational metrics - Identify expansion opportunities and optimization strategies for sustainable growth - Diagnose operational inefficiencies and clinical workflow bottlenecks, delivering lasting value - Provide expert guidance throughout the customer journey—from onboarding to renewal and expansion - Serve as the primary escalation point to resolve issues quickly and maintain customer satisfaction - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to reflect provider and patient needs in platform enhancements - Drive measurable revenue and customer health improvements while building healthcare partnerships and acting as the voice of healthcare within our organization
