Responsibilities - You are the primary point of contact for around 15 customers in the leasing and financial sector. - You will personally and directly support your customers (we address everyone informally). If something is unclear, you call rather than sending an email. - You bridge the gap between customers and developers. Requirements, timelines, releases: you ensure committed delivery dates are met and report status to the customer proactively. - You build your own structure: processes, routines, and overviews—exactly as you envision. - You perform follow-ups until tasks are completed; no 'I’ve forwarded it'—it's done.

Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Project Coordination or similar) - German at business fluent level (our clients are German-speaking) - You pick up the phone and speak up, calling is part of your daily routine - You work independently, even when a defined process does not exist yet - You keep commitments and deadlines without reminders - You live in the Greater Munich area and are in our modern Oberhaching office four days out of five
