Intervala is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and to manage the full order lifecycle—from initial inquiry through delivery—in a manufacturing environment. This on-site role requires cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sourcing to ensure accurate quotes, timely orders, and excellent customer service. Location: Mount Pleasant Township, Pennsylvania, United States.

Responsibilities

Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts
Manage orders from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Provide updates on order status, shipping dates, pricing, and product availability
Review RFQs/RFPs and ensure all required information is complete for quoting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
Support quoting activities and track submissions and outcomes
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain documentation and customer records
Help resolve issues, expedite orders, and support customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support KPI tracking (orders, revenue, quote turnaround, win rate, etc.)
Train or mentor junior team members as needed
Travel occasionally (up to once per quarter)
