Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Own executive relationships with key customers, partners, and internal contacts to advance Microsoft customer success goals; ensure customers recognize value; anticipate and resolve issues; expand relationships to enable cross-sell and upsell opportunities; manage stakeholder expectations.
Customer Success Leadership: Mobilize resources to resolve blockers, identify pipeline opportunities, and ensure milestones are met; support adoption and active usage of Microsoft products; deliver customer value and drive retention; manage escalations and drive growth.
Strategic Planning and Delivery: Lead development of strategic roadmaps and Customer Success Plans with stakeholders and executives; prioritize engagements to achieve agreed outcomes; oversee delivery program reviews and risk management; communicate progress to leadership.
