The Craft Recruiter partners with HRBP to develop and execute strategies that attract top-tier construction craft talent, including both union and non-union professionals, across ACCIONA. This position manages full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring for roles such as drivers, welders, foremen, superintendents, general superintendents, and other key positions as needed. Responsibilities include drafting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and issuing employment offers via the applicant tracking system. The role works collaboratively with field leaders and department managers to understand required skills, maintains a robust talent pipeline, communicates job requirements and company culture clearly, and conducts background checks and employment verifications. Attendance at local career fairs and networking events, maintaining recruitment records compliant with federal and state regulations, and staying updated on talent management best practices are also required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of high-volume, full-cycle craft recruiting experience, preferably in highway, construction, or infrastructure projects. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred.
