As a Controller Consultant, you will serve as a strategic business partner to support clients in interim and project-based accounting engagements. What You'll Do: - Work closely with clients by providing senior financial management and accounting services while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and client service. - Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal and tax advisors, and investors to drive client success. - Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement processes and improvements.

Skills You'll Need: - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Controller. - Bachelor's Degree; willingness to travel locally and occasionally supporting national markets. - Strong desire for consulting-style work and exceptional customer service. - Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department. - Proven ability to develop and optimize accounting and finance functions to support growth and scalability. - Interpersonal skills to foster effective interdepartmental relationships; IT, HR, and Operations oversigh
