Relco, a Crete United company, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, update policies and procedures, and produce periodic financial reports. The Controller will maintain accounting records, support a comprehensive set of controls and budgets, and oversee technology and communication systems between field and office staff.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting operational functions
Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data for business functions
Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements
Maintain accounting software and database
Provide management with information and reports essential for decision-making and business analysis
Manage the company budget and the annual budget and forecasts
Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
Provide for a system of cost reports
Assess current accounting operations
Implement improved policies to increase efficiency
Evaluate accounting and internal control systems
Develop and monitor performance metrics
Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Manage outsourced functions
Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly
