The role involves managing Al Qana's social presence across restaurants, attractions, events, retail, waterfront experiences, and seasonal activations. The ideal candidate spots stories as they happen, captures them in real time, and turns them into engaging content. They should instinctively take out their phone to document on-site moments, understand the difference between content that looks good and content that performs, and know how to build an engaged online community.

Responsibilities

Manage Al Qana's social media presence across all platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business objectives.
Capture and publish daily on-site organic content for stories, showcasing Al Qana's attractions, tenants, events, dining, retail, and visitor experiences.
Create engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend-driven formats.
Write and adapt content in both Arabic and English.
Cover events, activations, openings, launches, and seasonal campaigns in real time.
Identify content opportunities and promote tenants' offerings.
Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers, and influencers.
Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand presence online.
Monitor trends, viral formats, and platform updates to grow reach and engagement.
Support influencer collaboration
