The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of industry experience and a proven track record delivering complex projects with minimal delays while focusing on customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership of a project team, strong scheduling and cost management, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred qualifications: - Leadership and mentorship abilities within a diverse team - Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills - Knowledge of construction principles; degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Construction Technology - Effective verbal and written communication - Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement - Experience managing on-site financials - Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate subcontract trades - Ability to interface with owners, architects, engineers, and on-site management - Subcontract award/buy-out experience - Scope writing/definition - Change order presentation and negotiation - Preparing schedules and tracking progress - Project accounting and scheduling software experience
