The Community Manager will report to the Regional Manager and the Management Agent and is responsible for the complete operation of the site, supervising on-site staff, and delivering excellent resident service. Responsibilities include achieving occupancy targets, performing income recertifications where applicable, directing rental programs, ensuring efficient building operations, and managing maintenance personnel. You will maintain positive tenant relations, conduct regular property inspections, prepare condition reports, and communicate maintenance needs and recommendations to the Regional Manager. The role also involves coordinating purchases and vendor services, handling rent collection and record keeping, and assisting with evictions and lease violations as needed. The Community Manager will interview prospective residents, process verifications, and enforce policies in line with TMAM procedures. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for site errands. Strong written and oral English communication and basic arithmetic skills are essential.
