RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a Houston apartment community. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong resident relations, leadership, and communication skills, and will be able to lead, train, and manage a property team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting candidate interviews and onboarding, approving timesheets, and conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews in line with company policies. The role also involves driving performance, providing feedback, and enforcing training programs; assisting in budgeting and ensuring adherence to approved budgets; completing month-end and year-end financial reporting and providing monthly budget variance analysis within +/-10% per line item. Additional duties include promoting resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring timely service delivery. The Community Manager will collaborate with marketing to interpret market trends and implement short- and long-range leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals; following eviction procedures when needed; and maintaining a positive owner relationship through regular updates. This is an on-site position based in Houston, Texas, United States.
