YES Communities is seeking a bilingual Community Manager to lead on-site operations at our Houston, Texas community. This role reports to the Regional Manager and involves managing daily operations, including evictions, rent collections, resident relations, budgeting, and protecting company assets, while serving as the primary point of contact for residents and resolving complaints. You will recruit, train, and develop a team, conduct regular meetings, oversee marketing, leasing, and turnover of homes to maintain high occupancy, and build positive relationships with vendors, cities, municipalities, and counties. The position requires strong leadership and decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software. Travel to company meetings and trainings may be required, and you must obtain or transfer any state-specific licensing within 90 days of employment where applicable. A valid in-state driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred, with property management experience also preferred.
