Centerspace is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Community Manager to lead operations at The Lydian Apartments in Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time, on-site role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to directly impact resident satisfaction and property performance. Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000–$85,000, plus a 15% annual cash bonus, monthly lease commissions, and quarterly renewal bonuses. Applicants will complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment as part of the selection process.

Education & Experience: A two-year degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, or Business Administration or related field, plus 2+ years of property management
