LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking an on-site Commercial Property Maintenance Project Manager to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects for shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, and other commercial properties across San Diego County. This field-based role involves visiting sites, developing scopes of work, preparing estimates and proposals, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and monitoring budgets and schedules to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with property managers and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends to respond to urgent property service needs.
