Responsibilities

Qualifications: This is a remote position.

• Independently manage high volumes of accounts payable/receivable, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Produce accurate monthly financial reports and ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for multi-entity operations.
• Conduct regular internal audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and provide insightful accounting analyses.
• Utilize Yardi Voyager to optimize property accounting processes.
• 3–5 years of commercial property accounting experience with a proven track record of independence.
• Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager and strong Excel skills.
• Experience in smaller company settings with experience overseeing staff; ability to work autonomously and manage a team.
• Prior experience in third-party property management accounting preferred.
