Capital Construction Project Manager

Overview The Capital Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of small- to mid-sized construction projects for the University through all phases. Develops project objectives, work scopes, project execution plans, and construction management procedures.

Responsibilities - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of small- to mid-sized construction projects, including developing and implementing project plans and procedures. - Develop project reports to keep all relevant parties informed of time and cost status. - Collaborate with design and construction professionals from various disciplines to ensure successful integration of all construction processes. - Monitor schedules to ensure delivery within the client’s time expectations. - Collaborate with clients and city officials to facilitate timely participation in the project. - Oversee project team members, consultants, and contractors allocated to the project. - Develop and manage budgets and schedules in conformance with available funds and work scope, delivering programmatic requirements. - The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - 7 years of experience in project management, construction management, or related fields. - Bachelor’s Degree. - Directly related education and project management experience with increasing leadership/management responsibility in construction and/or planning. - Worki
