Key responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop Business Screening teams to achieve quality standards, operational targets, and performance objectives. - Monitor team performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and talent activation. - Plan, coordinate, and implement new screening initiatives, process updates, and operational enhancements across the screening function. - Oversee screening workflows, maintain screening exercises, and support the creation of new talent specializations and evaluation paths. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, quality assurance, analytics, and stakeholders to improve screening methodologies and reporting. - Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new screeners while fostering a positive and engaging team culture. - Act as escalation point for screening-related issues, investigate complex cases, and ensure timely, customer-focused resolutions. - Maintain accura
