Microsoft is seeking a Business Program Manager to design and execute programs that drive revenue growth for the SME&C segment within the AI Business Solutions organization. This role reports to the GM of SME&C Sales Acceleration and focuses on designing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue across pricing levels (EA and CSP), while driving adoption, usage, and renewal. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams including Business Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, SE&O, Field, and the Partner organization to design highly complex programs spanning direct/field and partner-led (CSP) motions, from initiation to delivery. You will produce collateral such as seller guides, strategy decks, and internal/external partner pitch content to meet business objectives, and you will define and track success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) including pipeline, net paid seats added, adoption, renewal, and impact. Additional responsibilities include collecting and evaluating program performance using scorecards and dashboards, performing data analytics to identify risks and opportunities, and driving continuous improvement of SME&C sales programs for Corporate and SMB segments. The role requires building cross-company partnerships with SME&C, Sales, Marketing, Finance, SE&O, Engineering, GPS, and CSP/Partner Development Managers, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
