Qualifications:

Create more complex visualizations and reports tailored for a non-technical audience.
Assist in developing and distributing ad hoc reporting.
Support meetings to translate business needs into clearly defined, well-documented requirements for reporting and visualization projects.
Demonstrate a basic-to-intermediate understanding of data extraction, validation, and manipulation.
Support colleagues to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide meaningful data for executive decision-making.
Exercise discretion and critical thinking in analysis, planning, and implementation of key business initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics or related field (MBA a plus).
2-4 years’ experience or equivalent; Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance experience.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, visualization and automation.
Skilled in developing automated workflows and scripts to streamline data processing and reporting.
Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing technolog
