When a customer orders a product, the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is a commitment. In this role you will own the data engine driving EDD precision and End-to-End (E2E) cycle time, focusing on maintaining and improving EDD accuracy and the E2E data infrastructure. By combining data analytics with project management, you will identify root causes of operational delays and translate data insights into cross-functional corrective actions to improve delivery reliability, customer satisfaction, and supply chain efficiency.
