This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in Renton, Washington. We are seeking a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) to sell nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to expand earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable. You will drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers, ensure accurate transaction records in the agency management system, and serve as a trusted advisor to help clients select the right insurance solutions. The perfect match includes a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required); bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus; prior experience in sales or customer service; a High School diploma or GED; excellent relationship-building, follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills; and a motivated, growth-oriented attitude. Compensation includes a pay range of $50,000–$135,000 per year, base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000.
