Responsibilities include: assisting facilities and referral sources with administrative duties, obtaining consents for services, presenting information about services to groups and individuals, meeting with facilities, attending conferences and marketing events, distributing company literature, and fostering relationships with community providers; tracking referral data and outcomes; following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality service; collaborating with internal teams to market current programs; coordinating promotional activities with the marketing department; responding to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families and providers; researching opportunities to exhibit and promote services.

Requirements

experience in or with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) is preferred; two years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare is preferred; strong communication and public speaking skills; exceptional customer service; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; a positive, proactive attitude; day travel required (approximately 25% statewide).
