About the role

Zenity is hiring a BDR Manager to shape, define, and scale our business development function from startup mode to full operational efficiency. You will own the inbound and outbound motion end-to-end: strategy, tooling, hiring, coaching, and compensation design, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a builder’s role: you will manage the existing team of six and grow the BDR function to unlock growth and deliver qualified pipeline into enterprise target accounts. You will work from our New York office as part of a hybrid arrangement, with three in-office days per week in New York.

About the role

Zenity is hiring a BDR Manager to shape, define, and scale our business development function from startup mode to full operational efficiency. You will own the inbound and outbound motion end-to-end: strategy, tooling, hiring, coaching, and compensation design, reporting directly to the CRO. This is a builder’s role: you will manage the existing team of six and grow the BDR function to unlock growth and deliver qualified pipeline into enterprise target accounts. You will work from our New York office as part of a hybrid arrangement, with three in-office days per week in New York.

What You’ll Do: - Define and run a modern, AI-enabled outbound motion, including sequencing, channels, messaging, and cadence tailored to enterprise buyers. - In coordination with Marketing, design ABM BDR strategies targeting Zenity's named enterprise accounts and translate them into repeatable playbooks for multi-threaded penetration of buying committees. - Evaluate and deploy AI tools into the team's workflow for research, personalization, prioritization, and sequencing to expand capacity while maintaining quality. - Define KPIs and metrics (activity, meetings, SQLs, pipeline, conversions) and establish a data-driven operating rhythm with regular reporting. - Build compensation plans and incentive structures aligned to business outcomes; own a defined hiring process to recruit disciplined, coachable BDRs. - Create a professional development program with clear skill-building and career paths to make a BDR at Zenity a long-term career. - Stay close to coaching, pipeline math, forecasting, and day
