In this role, you will secure financing for customers, structure deals, and present a variety of financial and insurance products to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Guide customers through the full financing process, including credit assessment, loan pre-qualification, lender negotiation, and compliant deal documentation.
Present and sell F&I products (extended warranties, GAP insurance, service contracts, etc.) tailored to each customer's needs and budget, effectively handling objections to maximize penetration rates.
Structure financing deals that balance customer satisfaction with dealership profitability, utilizing available tools and techniques within legal and ethical boundaries.
Deliver an exceptional, consultative customer experience by building trust, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring clarity throughout every step of the transaction.
Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act, and stay current on regulatory updates.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers, and train and mentor sales staff on F&I products and processes.
Assist with sales reporting, financial analysis, and additional duties as assigned.
